Terms & Conditions

Preorder

  • If you are particular about precision timeline and had to have it the next day it was release, please do not place order.
  • Deposit paid are not refundable or change to other items.
  • Once order is confirmed, it is not refundable
  • Please allow a delivery period of Four (04) to Six (06) weeks for your pre-ordered items, this is subjective to the stock availability from the factory. We will inform you, on case by case basis , for the delivery date.

  • Deposit must pay within 3 days else order will be cancelled automatically.
    Balance to be paid within 2 weeks after stock arrival else items will be open for sale and deposit will be confiscated.
  • Pre-ordered item cannot be cancelled as the item will be ordered and reserved for you. Cancellation of pre-order automatically forfeits your minimum deposit.


Payment Method Policy

  • Malaysia customer via CIMB/Maybank/Public Bank
  • Singapore customer via UOB
  • International customer via Paypal with 5% charges at the Total amount.


 

Shipping Policy

٠ Paypal Unconfirmed address.

  • We only ship to addresses added in the customer's paypal account.

٠ Pre-order items

  • x2otoys reserves the right to adjust the shipping for pre-order item as the weight and size are uncertained during pre-order period.

٠Malaysia Customer

  • All products will be shipped via Kangaroo/Poslaju/GDex delivery,Tracking No will be provided after wrapping.
  • Register post at your request. Please let us know your preferable method when u place your orders.


٠International customer

  • All parcels shall be delivered via Air parcel/Air Mail by default, unless otherwise informed.
  • EMS can be arranged upon request.


Returns / Refunds Policy

  • We try our best to give you top quality items as fast as we can.
  • All case(s) should be reported within 7 days of delivery. After 7 working days we can no longer process defective report, late report may be rejected.
  • If the return was due to an error of x2otoys admin
    1. ٠ which include 
      1. ■ wrong merchandise was sent
      2. ■ incorrect address printed
    2. ٠ x2otoys will accept responsibility for re-shipping the right product to you. We will pay the return postage once we receive the item in good condition
    3. ٠ If we cannot replace the item, we give you a full refund for the merchandise.
  • If the return was due to delivery failure.
    1. ٠ This include and is not limited to:
      1. ■ Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
      2. ■ Customs inspection failure.
      3. ■ Customers failed to retrieve the parcel.
    2. ٠ x2otoys will not be responsible for return and forward shipping cost.
    3. ٠ Customers can choose between the following options:
      1. ■ Resend the parcel. The customer is responsible for both return and forward shipping cost.
      2. ■ Refund of the product price after deducting the returned shipping cost.
  • Defective item(s)
    1. ٠ Please send the photo of the defective item to aftersales@x2otoys.com together with order no within 7 days.
      • ٠ If any abnormalities, defects or damage are found report this within 7 days of delivery.
      • ٠ After 7 working days we can no longer process defective report, late report may be rejected.
    2. ٠ If replacement parts can be obtained from the producer, customers can choose to
      1. ■ Ship the parts individually. x2otoys reserve the right to collect shipping cost for parts.
      2. ■ Ship the parts with upcoming orders. No extra shipping cost will be charged.
    3. ٠ If the replacement parts cant be obtained from producer, customer can choose to
      1. ■ Accept the item at a certain discount price
      2. ■ Return the item. The item price will be refunded upon the arrival of the returned item. x2otoys will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.
      3. ■ Return the item. A new item will be shipped to the customer. x2otoys will not be responsible for the return and forward shipping cost.

 Insurance Policy

  • All items are inspected and carefully hand-packed before dispatching.  
  • As with standard courier practice, you should check the contents of the parcel before signing for your goods. If you do not, we cannot be held responsible for any damage/loss that may have occurred in transit.
  • For GDex and Airpak max RM100 covered by default, please purchase the insurance if you need higher value insured
  • All insured orders shipped are protected under the insurance policy from the carrier. Please refer to the shipping company website for more information.
  • x2otoys do not guarantee a full refund from the insurance company if the parcel is damaged or not.
  • The refund amount is subject to the carrier insurance policy.
  • Orders will not be refunded or resent to the customers until the insurance funding is issued.
  • x2otoys do not guarantee the availability of the items. 
  • If the insurance cannot cover the full amount including shipping, x2otoys will not be responsible for any extra payment needed to resend the parcel. 

 

x2otoys reserve the right to update the Policy prior to notification.
